Biography
Dr O'Moore qualified from UCD in 1991 and trained in Public Health in Oxford and at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He has worked with WHO, ECDC, PHE and UKHSA in senior health protection roles and has led major national programmes including Ebola and COVID-19 response work.
